		<description>&lt;p&gt;Unfortunately big companies like you mentioned have a lot of their focus on selling products to the masses. Thus, they do not care much for opinions. Millions are spent on R&#38;D, build the product, marketing sells it. Customer service is left to those annoying phone machines.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;Same profile of action is seeing on many things that surrounds those companies. Thats their corporate culture so theres almost no other way one of their members would act with that much care and attention outside of their company, such as in a conference as you stated.&lt;/p&gt;
