Adrenalin and perfoming, especially things that are dear to your heart lets you get over all sorts of things, but only in the short term. I dont tour as much as you in RL :-) but it does sometimes feel like rock and roll existence :-) I guess the good thing is that timeshifting and being able to connect to the world in short bursts allows some time to not be on stage.
